Sideways Farm & Brewery is one of the few breweries in the US creating carbonation with local wildflower honey in their unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated farmhouse ales, traditional lagers, and hard Jun kombucha. Their story is one of a small Western North Carolina farm brewery that is taking the craft of brewing back to its agricultural roots. To a time when farmers grew their own ingredients and would craft fine artisan ales by hand giving them a unique sense of time and place. At Sideways Farm & Brewery it's about being small and agile, using what local ingredients they have during the season they are available. It's about coexisting with nature and our surroundings. It's about building friendships and community.
