Members have the opportunity to share their thought leadership on topics useful to our business community. Participants bring a bag lunch and meet monthly following the school calendar year.

Presented by Leca Chapman Deihl of Transylvania Vocational Services (TVS), this session will provide strategies for hiring and supporting workers with disabilities, creating inclusive worksites, providing accessible worksites, and ADA and ABLE accounts.

Leca has worked for more than 30 years as an educator and colleague, with disabled people of all ages. She is also the parent of a disabled adult and currently the Director of Advocacy and Community Development at TVS in Brevard. Their mission is to provide employment opportunities for disabled people and those with other barriers to employment.
